.mkv files

description

Just a quick suggestion,
It would be great if you could make it recognise .mkv files as well as .avi
Most 720p tv rips are in .mkv for example

Sorry if I've put this in the wrong section.

I would appreciate support for any file format supported by handbrake. I have some MP4s which I can do one at a time, but not with the batch program.

I suggest to change in HandBrakeEncoder.cs (Line 77)
foreach (string f in Directory.GetFiles(d, "*.avi"))
to
foreach (string f in Directory.GetFiles(d, "."))
.
Then it is up to the user to take care that all files in the folder are videos libav cam handle.
OR: Add multiple loops for supported file types.
